Kilian Pender

Kilian is responsible for investment strategy at birchway. He was previously a general partner at Northzone where he co-led growth / scaleup investing (€3bn AUM), investing a €450m growth fund. He is a former entrepreneur. He previously founded hiber, a SaaS enabled b2b marketplace in the home improvement space and also acquired a green consumer lending business from the UK government, raising >£100m to do so. Kilian started his career in finance, initially spending time in M&A with Credit Suisse, before working in private equity and hedge fund investing with Blackstone & Centerbridge Partners.
